By creating an account, signing in, or using the website or app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy notice, and our Cookie policy. If you do not agree, do not use Nudjz.

1. What Nudjz is

Nudjz is a college and university student social hub. Features may include (as enabled for your account) a feed, Studio showcase, Help board, bulletin board, plans/events, marketplace-style listings, messaging, games, optional paid Plus, and related tools.

Nudjz is not:

• a dating agency, employment agency, landlord, or ticket seller;
• a party to meet-ups, jobs, sales, or housing arrangements between users;
• an emergency service, counsellor, or law-enforcement body;
• aimed at school pupils (primary/secondary school).

Features marked beta, trial, soon, or limited are provided as available and may change.

2. Who may join

• You must meet the minimum age shown at signup (typically 17+) and confirm you are a college/uni (or equivalent tertiary) student - not a school pupil.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them reasonably up to date.
• One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing. No impersonation of other people or organisations.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that fail age/education checks, create risk, or breach these Terms.
• When public signups are closed, only accounts we create (or that already exist) may access the app.

3. Your account and security

• Keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you use Stay signed in (about 30 days on a device), you are responsible for that device. Do not enable it on shared computers. Sign out when finished.
• We may end sessions, revoke remember-me tokens, rate-limit, or block IPs for security and abuse prevention.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account was compromised.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of content you post (text, images, listings, tips, messages, etc.).
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate, and process that content solely to operate and improve Nudjz.
• You confirm you have the rights to post what you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
• We may remove or hide content, or limit distribution, for safety, legal, or policy reasons - including automated moderation (for example xAI/Grok) and human review.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• harass, threaten, doxx, or hate on the basis of protected characteristics;
• post sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate images;
• run scams, phishing, spam, or clear commercial abuse outside the product’s intended use;
• list illegal goods/services, weapons, or anything your local law forbids;
• probe, scrape, or attack the service; bypass rate limits, bans, or security controls;
• use bots or automation that harm other users or the platform;
• encourage self-harm or violence.

Meet-ups, jobs, and sales are between users. Use public places, common sense, and our Safety guidance. Nudjz does not verify every user or listing.

6. Plus and payments

Optional Nudjz Plus may unlock extra limits or features (as shown in-app). Prices and benefits can change; what is shown at purchase applies to that period. Payments may be processed by third parties (for example PayPal); their terms also apply. We do not store full card numbers when a processor handles checkout.

Complimentary Plus (for example for moderators or admin grants) can be revoked if the role ends or these Terms are broken.

7. Moderation and reports

Community moderators and admins may review reports, hide content, and suspend accounts. Automated tools may flag or block posts before they go live. Decisions aim to keep the community usable; they are not a court process. Serious illegal activity may be reported to authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The Nudjz name, branding, software, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the product, reverse engineer it (except as law allows), or use our marks without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Nudjz is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every user is truthful, or that any meet-up, job, or sale will go well. To the fullest extent permitted by Isle of Man law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for disputes between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nudjz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, inactivity, or shutdown of the product. On closure we handle data as described in the Privacy notice.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where practical, a notice in the product. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
